Houses of Parliament

The famous Impressionist painter Claude Monet was a master at capturing mood through the use of color and light. Snowfall at Night

If a snowflake falls in the night, and no one is there to see it, did it really fall at all?

Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and looking out the window to catch the first snow of the year flickering under a street lamp.
